uscope update error
I have an older uscope I'm trying to update which requires Windows 7. I have Windows 7 running as a virtual machine connected to the network. When I enter the device ID I get an error that says:
ERROR: Could not download list. Please check your internet connection.
If I try this on Windows 10 I get past the ID check no problem.
Can you tell me what this is trying to connect to so I can further troubleshoot the problem?
