Use A/B Output option on the Mixmaster and output it to your scopes Channel A, this will put all cylinders one channel.
Use Channel B for a synch (trigger).
Adjust your settings to accommodate the 10,000:1 attenuation of the Mixmaster.
The Fluke scopes use a plastic BNC, to ensure a good connection with the metal BNC from the Mixmaster you might want to use the these pigtails:
