Please could you identify the universal lead colour definitions.

If you want to know about the universal color definitions , not exactly for test leads, but for general wiring diagrams, read the article of Jorge Menchu , of motor magazine, " Wiring diagrams color codes" of Dic. 2008 article and you will find a good definiton.
