If a generic scan tool will communicate with the vehicle then it may be an issue with the Worldwide unit, contact Worldwide.
I'm smog testing a 1999, Ferrari, F355 and it drops communication after about 3-8 seconds and stops the smog test.
1999 Ferrari F355 smog testing and the OBD communications fails after about 3-8 seconds this stops the test. I removed and checked all pins in the conncetor and connected the LineSpi. The communication is active but the smog machine drops the connection.
