If the user interface fails after the 1 year warranty period, or if it is lost, is it available separately?
If one has already purchased the complete package, and then the dongle fails, is damaged, or is lost, what is the cost to replace it?

If you lose the interface, you must buy a new one at full price.
If it fails you may be able to send it in for repair.
I would have to check because I do not believe we have ever had to send one in for repair.
