Technically the answer is yes. If it works with a DMM it works with a scope. The real question is: How well does it work with a lab scope? Meaning, does the probe have a good frequency response for the type of testing you want to do? Since this probe is going to be used for higher amp draws, my expection is that it will work fine. On the other hand, if we were discussing a low amp probe or you wanted to do engineering level analysis charactoristics such as fidelity, frequency response and noise immunity become paramount.
