No sir. Auto Enginuity is a scan tool only. If it displays and graphs MAF frequency it will be processed data from the PCM rather than raw data.
If I understand your goal, you would need to look at a Power Graphing Meter, Graphing Multimeter (Snap On Vantage/Vantage Pro, etc) or, as I recall, PicoScope will graph frequency.
