Due to the videos age, it will most likely not cover the newer Ford Variable Cam Timing or Cam Phasers.

No, the video does not cover the newer Ford Variable Cam Timing, Cam Phasers etc.
The video does not cover the 5.4L 3 valve engine. It only covers the 2.0 L zetec engine.
