The Phoenix Lite 2 does not have CAN-FD capability.
You can add the Topdon Scope to it.
The CAN-FD adapter is $104. For less than the cost of the adapter, you can upgrade to the Lite 3 which is CAN FD/DOIP compatible and comes with Topology. It is also compatible with the scope.
