Can I modify a snap-on pressure transducer to work with this?

I know the transducer needs a 5V source, a ground for the 5V, and a signal.

Yes, you could use the Snap On Split Lead Adapter to power the transducer. Then you can use and adapter like this:

to connect the setup to your scope.

You would have to do the mV to pressure/vacuum conversion yourself or create a custom probe with the Pico software.
