It will have limited Nissan Key learning ability for physical ignition cylinder keys up to around 2014-2015. You will still need a solution for immobilizer codes.
Take a look at the IM508s which is essetinally the MX808 with a lot more immobilizer capability,
or the KM100 which is an immobilzer only tool.
Or if you are open to another brand, the Topdon Ultradiag is a key tool with diagnostics similar to the MX808
