Yes, this essentially turns your UItra into an Ultra EV. The kit provides the hardware and the ability to unlock the EV battery software on the scan tool.

The UltraEV has the same split screen capabilies as the Ultra.
But the split screen is not available when using the Batter Pack Test app.
