surface pro 9 compatibility with rugged case and mount
do you make the rugged tablet case and mount for the slightly larger surface pro 9 13inch? if not, what are my options for mounting the scope to the back

The case is not available separately.
You would have to find or create your own solution for moutning the scope to another tablet.
