Is it possible to use the T-Ninja 1000 with the Godiag gt100 for a situation where all keys are lost?

It's possible, but I cannot think of a situation where it would be necessary unless you were trying to program on the bench of some reason.

Exactly I am talking about bench programming with the ECM and immobilizer module. Is it possible?

I supposed you could as long as you had all of the necessary modules on the bench.
