Can the maxidas DS708 read codes from a 2007 cadillac DTS suspension system and reset the message on the dash?

Can not get any info from my solus....customer had me install aftermarket shocks and struts and now the car will not go over 80...and i cant retrieve any codes.

Also can i program a 2007 vw jetta key (fob)

Any help would be great

I checked the GM coverage guide for the MaxiDAS, and could not find Suspension coverage for that particular year. Please reference the link below:

The MaxiDAS does not have the capability of programming a key fob on VW vehciles. Please reference the coverage guide below:
