Space requried varies depending on the vehicle. Autel suggests a clear 16 x 33ft space to accomadate all calibrations.
The subscription covers scan tool updates for all vehicles, the ability to code some BMW and Mercedes modules on tablet, and certain Intelligent Diagnostic functions that require access to Autel's cloud service.
The majority of the scan tool and ADAS functions do not require a subscription to use but it is highly recommended since ADAS procedures and information can change often.
