The mx808 will continue to function after the update subscription has expired. When and if you renew the updates you will get the latest that Autel offers.
Does the MX808 still function fine if you do not purchase the updates?
This is only for my personal use, so I wondered if I really needed to keep purchasing the updates. I'm not sure what the "updates" really mean that are being talked about. Example, if I don't purchase updates for my map system on our Cadillac SRX, the map system works just fine anyway...it just might not show some newer roads...is this unit like that?
