Yes, although you may need an extension for the test lead. The distance between the two connectors is at most 4ft.

Can use uscope to measure voltage drop on battery positive? Battery positve to a starter positve terminal?
Instructions state to not put ground lead on a elevated voltage... do they mean 12v or something with a field collapse like a control solenoids?
