Can I reprogram ECM PCM and abs with this tool?

The Cardaq 3 is a J2534 device and requires a short term or long term subscription to an OE software. Through that software it will be able to program whatever modules are allowed by the manufacturer.
In most cases, you will be able to flash PCM, TCM, and ABS with the appropriate subscription.
