The 908 CV will come with 1 year of free updates and 1 year of warranty.
The warranty is continues whenever a new update subscription is purchased.
Subscriptions do not need to be kept concurrent for the warranty to apply. Even if you skip a year, purchasing the subscription still reactivates the warranty.

The warranty applies to the scan tool and J2534 vehicle interface.
