Does this MS906BT scanner function work with a direct connection (Tethered) or is this strictly only wireless?

PDF manual seems to show a cable connecting between the tablet and VCI for a direct connection.

The original MS906 only had a tethered cable. The 906BT now has a Bluetooth VCI but it can also be tethered to the tablet using the included 6ft mini USB cable.

Make sure you have the correct user manual.
