The eScope is does measure across the range of the display window similar to a Snap On scope, however, it allows much more adjustability. You can do more than simply select a range and adjust where the zero line is.
With the eScope, you can change both the upper and lower limits independantly. So you could have a wavefrom displayed as 0 to +10V ,-5 to +10V, -5 to +5V, or +5 to +10V, whatever combination of the set horizontal values you'd like.
