would this work with my dso nano v3 mine only has a channel in that looks like a headphone jack

This will only work on DSO nanos that have the MXC connector. If your v3 nano has 2 - 3.5mm jacks on the left side then you will need to find 3.5mm to banana adapter.
I beleive we could build you a custom lead to fit. You would need to call for details.
