Which training videos are you referring to?
This question was posted under the MX808 and the only video on that product page is a youtube link to the BMW battery service. The MX808 does not have an internal speaker. You can view the videos on another device, cast the video to a TV, or use a USB headphone set.

I'm having the same issue, no sound. There's a whole bunch of training videos you can view, but I have no sound and the manual has no mention of audio/ sound.

The Mx808 does not have an internal speaker. You can use a USB headset, connect to a bluetooth speaker, or view the views from another source. They are available on Youtube.
