We sell units that are warranteed and supported by Autel USA.

Autel USA says they do not sell MaxiSys units on marketplaces such as Amazon (and others) and will not provide technical support nor warranty support nor updates for those units.

Can you find the seller information (if any is provided) on Amazon. Chances are the seller is based out of the US and I suggest you send them a message. Will they reply as quickly as I did and what is the quality of their answer?

The differences are support and apparently price. We will talk and help you after the sale, and before.
