Yes, this probe work with the Pico for cranking tests ,starter, relative compression test, etc.
Yes, but it would need to be used with an adapter such as the AES Flexible Adapter -- Male BNC to Banana Sockets (AES# 08-88-M) to convert the probe's banana to BNC on the Pico.
To minimize the number of links between your scope and test point, it would be ideal to elminate the adapter get a probe with a BNC that will connect directly to the scope:
2000A/200A current clamp BNC (AES# pt-TA167)
or the 600A AC/DC Current Clamp (AES# pt-pp266)
Or this one: Customized Current Probe w/Shielded Wire, High range, Generic brand (AES# 07-600s)
