The Pico Exhaust Adapter is an alternative to the FirstLook: Engine Diagnostic Pulse Sensor (AES# SX-100) (vidoes posted on this page).

They can both be used for tailpipe testing, however, because the Firstlook is more sensitve to changes in pressure it is recommended for this test.
