Will the BNC to Banana Plug adapter allow this to be used with the Pico 4425

Want to make sure I can use the 1 trigger pickup instead of 2 separate ones.

To use this lead with a Pico an adapter is not needed. This lead terminates to a BNC that will connect directly to the Pico.

If you need this lead with Bananas select this other one.
