Yes, you can purchase the amp probe separate. You can also use other amp probes and just purchase the appropriate adapter.
Can I purchase an amp clamp for the uscope, seperately?

Yes you can purchase the amp probe separately. The one included in the kit is the AES# 07-60-BP, this is the AES Low Amp Clamp with Banana Plugs. This probe can be found here: https://www.aeswave.com/Current-Probe-Low-range-with-Banana-Plugs-p9501.html
If you are wanting to use it with our uScope, you will need the Banana Plug Adapter (AES# 08-87-BS), found here: https://www.aeswave.com/Flexible-Adapter-for-uScope-to-Banana-Plugs-p9170.html
