clamp with short leads that adapt to pico test drive leads

I need a couple of these clamps. ive ordered them in the past with short leads on them that adapt to the banana ends of the pico test drive leads. What is your part number to get those leads? Thanks!

We could also customize the probe so it will connect directly to your scope: Low Current Probe with Custom Lead (AES# 07-60s).
