Yes. There are multiple ways of testing relays.
- Use a ESi Relay Buddy to test the relay for you.
- Use Lisle Relay Test Jumper to monitor the signals going to the relay while connected to the vehicle.
- Use an Ohm meter to measure the resistances of the coil (pins 85 and 86) and the contacts (pins 87 and 30).
- Self activate the relay by supplying power and ground to pins 85 and 86.
- Swap the relay with a similarly rated relay on the vehicle.
