what is the difference between this tool and the OEM scantool? (MongoosePro Toyota 2)

The MongoosePro supports the same Techstream functions as the Full TIS Techstream 2.0 setup. The main difference is the lack of support for legacy OBD connectors (square DCL1 and round DLC2 connectors) by TS Lite. There may be software glitches that affect one setup, but not the others. Check the known bugs list frequently for software issues.
