Has this been tested on Chrysler COP? The probe I currently use will not work with them due to heavy shielding.

Yes, this is an issue that we see very often. Usually if the COP is heavily insulated, you will not be able to pickup the magnetic field and have the waveform display on your scope.
You can try using a COP extension lead when you run into this problem:
