No, the MaxiDAS will not be able to Read/Clear codes on any module over 2012 using enhanced data.
The current Chrysler software only covers 1996-2012. There will be an update released in the future to add 2013 vehicles. This will give you the ability to Read/Clear codes on the Traction and Airbag systems.

For Airbag and traction control yes.
2012 journey Airbag(ORC Module) and ABS Module. Airbag has no active test but can read, clear codes, live data.
As of Aug 2013: No coverage on 2013 yet but can try under 2012 to see if it works. Have not try yet.
