Does this have all of the features of the Maxisys full size tool, but just a smaller package?

If this has all of the same features as the full size Maxisys (not the Maxisys Pro, it comes with the J2534 box. I don't want that.) but just in a smaller package, I am interested in it. Can you plese tell me what the differences are besides the size, please? Thank you.

Autel says the scan tool software/coverage capabilities of the Mini and Maxi are the same.

The Mini is compatible with the MaxiVideo and MaxiScope.

However, the Mini is not compatible with the MaxiFlash.
