XP mode is only for Win 7 pro &Ultimate,Will Data Manage Program work with 64 bit Win 8.1 in Compatibility Mode?
I have ordered a Win 8.1 compatible RS232 to USB cable to use with a Snap On Counselor 2 Oscilloscope. Why aren't the rest of the questions about this data management program and user ratings and comments able to be viewed about the product?
